During a Careers Meeting:
Complete some admin which includes asking you what your pronouns are, explaining that the appointment is confidential between me you and the Careers Service and that I may share information about university support services if it seems like you may need this.
I normally ask you to tell me about yourself because I would like to learn about what you are studying, modules you enjoy, work experience or volunteering you have completed/currently undertaking.
I also like to learn about what is important to students i.e. their values and the skills they would like to use when at work.
