When you have been invited for Interview: Book an interview simulation with a Careers Consultant
The Careers Consultant takes the part of the interviewer and asks you questions before giving you feedback on your performance. The interview simulation is suitable for a job or postgraduate course interview.
An interview simulation appointment aims to help you to:
- Talk about your skills/ experiences and promote yourself effectively
- Grow in career confidence and feel ready to take action
Please note: we are unable to simulate group, panel, technical or research based interviews, nor can we predict the exact questions you will face at your real interview.
- Book an interview simulation via CareerConnect Book>Appointments>Interview simulation - you may book only one in 30 days so please wait until you have a real interview coming up.
- Bookable up to 14 days in advance.
- A missed appointment will count as one of your allocation. Please cancel via CareerConnect in advance of the appointment.
Need a space for a video interview/assessment centre?
Students may be able to book an individual space on campus for an Employer Online Interview or an Assessment Centre. Around 60 small central teaching rooms are available across campus. Book using Resource Booker.
