NHS Management and administration
The NHS is the largest employer in Europe with more than 1.7 million people working in hospitals, in the community or in administration and management.
There are four separate specialist areas:
- Finance
- Human resources
- Informatics
- General management.
The scheme is delivered across England with local offices in the north. Separate training schemes exist in Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
