First:

  • Follow the CV Pathway in CareerConnect
  • Upon completion of the activities including CareerSet CV checker, CV review appointments will be unlocked for you. If you still require 1-1 help look for CV review appointments. (activation will take upto 3 working days)
  • If you have previously completed CareerSet CV checker or do so outside the pathway and score 70 or above then your activation code will still be passed through and activated within 3 working days.
  • If you submit your CV three times on CareerSet and are unable to score 70 please request support via our Queries service in CareerConnect

Upon successful completion of the CV Pathway: You may book a 20 minute, 1-1 tutorial style appointment led by our student partner interns via Zoom to help you tailor your application.

This is a student led service, for students and graduates, and as such you will receive overview feedback on your document by our trained Careers Service partner interns and be supported in checking you have accessed our full range of online resources. This service will not provide specific advice around particular sectors or roles, for these queries you should look at the guidance appointment service.
