Scotland
Scotland has a population of 5.1 million, and is made of three main regions, the Borders, Central Lowlands and the Highlands. Tourism is Scotland's key industry, employing over 200,000 people. In the Lowlands, Scotland is Europe's 5th largest financial services centre, with major centres in Edinburgh and Glasgow. Oil is an important industry, with off shore oil rigs stationed in the North Sea. Agriculture is a key industry in the Highlands.
