Your Careers Service has extensive experience of managing successful mentoring schemes, having established many programmes over the past decade.
Taking part in our mentoring programmes is your way of getting information, advice and guidance about your future from someone who is doing the job you're aiming for, working in an area that interests you or who graduated from the same course as you.
For 2011-12, we have two programmes available, offering different levels of mentoring support:
Manchester Gold Mentoring Matching students on a one-to-one basis with a mentor who, over a nine month period, will support you through face to face meetings, telephone/skype conversations and email.
Manchester Gold Online Q & A Students will be able to email two different mentors each month with specific questions. This new programme will be available from March 2012.
