Interviews

The purpose of an interview is for the employer to assess whether you will fit into the organisation and whether you have the skills and the motivation to do the job. In the current competitive recruitment market, the selection process often involves a series of interviews, group exercises and tests. It may not be just one interview.

Employers typically see between 10% and 20% of applicants. Preparation and knowing what to expect at an interview are crucial.
