Details: Thinking of being your own boss?
How to prepare for the event: The session is suitable for anyone who is considering the option of self employment rather than working for someone else. You don't need to have an idea or a business in mind. You are welcome to simply come along and consider your options. There will be an opportunity to talk informally at the end of the session and questions are welcomed.
Company representatives attending: Tim Jones is a Senior Enterprise Academic in the Manchester Enterprise Centre with experience of working with startups, small and medium sized businesses. Tim will go through some of the issues that you need to consider when wondering if starting and running your own business is a good idea.
There are 7 places available.
