Information and skills events

We run a series of general careers information and skills events for students of all years and disciplines. They provide students with an overview or insight into particular career areas, covering topics such as applications and interviews, assessment centres, and commercial awareness.

Employer participation in these events are welcomed; students like to hear such information direct from employers.

By taking part you could:

  • Raise your profile among motivated, career-minded students
  • Develop your staff presentation and training skills
  • Access students at key points in their career decision-making

This is your chance to point potential future employees in the right direction.

When do these sessions run?

  • Autumn - Around 15 organisations lead sessions throughout October and November
  • Spring - Around 10 organisations lead sessions throughout February and March

Talks usually last an hour and are held at lunch-time.
