About us

Statement of Service

Our aim is to improve the employability of our clients by providing them with key skills and knowledge.  To help them formulate and implement well-informed choices about their careers we deliver and manage numerous services, projects, courses and events.  We work in partnership with colleagues across The University of Manchester and with organisations in the UK and across the world.

Suggestions for improving our services

We welcome comments and suggestions from clients at any time as they are vital to our commitment to ongoing improvement.  We also like to hear if you think we are doing something well, it helps us to be certain that we are providing services and information that meets the needs of our clients.

We survey clients at intervals and hold focus groups to obtain feedback on particular topics.  Opportunities to participate in such activities are advertised on our website and via email to specific groups of clients.


Complaints

If you are dissatisfied please inform a member of staff who will try to resolve the matter for you.

If you wish to make a formal complaint, please write to the Director of the Division (marked 'Personal and Confidential') who will aim to respond within 10 working days.
